Kasagula Mwiga

KASAGULA D. MWIGA elevated from junior to senior positions being worked with various institutions. He is a sounding manager with vast experiences working with primary and secondary school pupils and teachers for over 15 years. His commitments and love for children elevated him from being a primary school teacher to secondary school senior headmaster. Prior worked in education sector, Mwiga worked at Mwadui Diamond Limited for five extensive years as a ​program manager the skills he applies in school administration today. He also worked in different organizations as programs advisor and education consultant for running orphanage and daycare centers. Currently, he works at PLANET Child Tanzania as a partnership, education and technical impact manager. Mwiga had also an opportunity to work with Buzwagi gold mine at Kahama, Shinyanga as a public relations manager and psychologist registering school dropout children who worked as young miners for re-enrolment.   Mwiga is holding a B.A. with education from St. Augustine University, a post graduate diploma in psychology from the open university of Tanzania and a diploma in education from Tabora teachers’ college.
