Juma Mafwele

MAFWELE, J.H is a long-serving Tanzanian education and mentorship facilitator. Mafwele has more than 18 years of experience in student mentorship, counselling and behavioral change. His primary unshakable foundation in mentorship and counselling has been resulting positive impacts for children and adolescents behavioral change and many adolescents are now living with hope and more independent.  
Before working as an education and mentorship facilitator, Mafwele worked at the Centre for Environment, Energy, Science and Technology (CEEST) as a technical expert and environmental science officer in Dar-es-Salaam. His primary supervisory duty was to support the environmental team on the use of energy in industries and the byproducts of energy utilization for safety disposal.
He also worked as a research assistant at CEEST gathering information on the effect of global warming for the developing countries including Tanzania
